IIS 7 LIVE Smooth Streaming loads starting at beginning of archive instead of most recent LIVE frame

Hi, trying to setup a LIVE smooth streaming broadcast, and got it all working using the sample Silverlight SmoothStreamingPlayer.xap as per the instructions, but for some reason the client always starts playing at the beginning of the archived video data. Which is weird because we have archiving turned off at both the encoder and publishing levels, but something is being cached somewhere...

Anyway, when viewing the video, I'd prefer it to jump in to the most recent LIVE point, then allow the client user to scrub backwards into the cache if they'd like. Right now, they start at the beginning and have to scrub all the way to the end manually to see the most recent frame, which they grows forward as the video progesses.

How do I add this functionality to the object? I'm assuming it's an initparam somewhere that sets the marker to the end of the timeline?

Thanks,

Mike
