IIS 7.5 and webDAV file "save as"

Hi,

We have implemented webDAV for retriveing files from share in ASP.NET web site. All settings are being set up based on recommendations from IIS.NET website articles. We are able to open Excel document fine and edit the same to click "save" without any issues. But when same Excel document is edited and we try to "save as" it is first prompting for login credentials to web server where this website is hosted. If you enter credentials it does not work. If you hit cancel it loads the save location window but defaults to "My Documents" instead of shared location from where it was launched. If you cancel this window also and second time during same session try "save as" the file save location is now correctly populated with file share location and I can save the file as something else. Please let me know how to avoid the first login prompt? I have searched a lot on internet and most common solutions for such login prompt when working with webDAV was to update registry settings for AuthForwardServerList which I did and also I added the web server to trusted sites list in IE.

Please let me know if you need further details.
