Error installing MySqlConnector

Hi, I tried to install the MySqlConnector with WebPlattformInstaller (and manuelly).

My system:

Windows Server 2008 R2 and the following error appears in the logfile:

CustomAction ManagedDataInstall returned actual error code 1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)

Any Idea to solve this Problem?
