Just a few rapid simple questions:
- I'm under the impression that the chmod / altering the file and folder permissions by a ftp server doesn't work on windows as it isn't a windows feature, but a Linux/Apache feature?
I'm I correct about that?
- If I am wrong what is the equivalent number/settings to 644 , 755?
My reason for asking is that I am running a wordpress website on my server and WordPress recommends chmod files to 644 and folders to 755.
