Failed on setup ftp on windows 7 pro

I have failed on setup ftp on windows 7 pro.

I have enabled all the IIS features except the WWW (http server) and the IIS 6 compatibility check box.

I can start a connection to the FTP local server, but after typing the user password I have been getting error messages telling me it was not possible to connect the user or the path was not reached.

The interface of setting up the FTP serve is quite different from the one which is shown at http://www.iis.net/learn/publish/using-the-ftp-service/ftp-extension-video-walkthrough, I can not find out how to start the wizard from the available menus on Windows 7 Professional.
