How to redirect to new URL but maintaining original querystring

requirement is to redirect from http://abcd.com/id=1234abcd&cd=12eds to http://xyz.com/id=1234abcd&cd=12eds where query string could be any thing.... whole point here is redirect URL1 to URL2 while retaining whatever was supplied in querystring.
