IIS 6.0 Log Parser 2,2 IISW3C Logs returns cs-uri-query shows "-" why would this be?

Hi fellow IIS Admins:

Can you help?

Have ran Log Parser 2.2 on log files which use the IISW3C/W3C format where cs-uri-query shows a "-" character. Cs-uri-stem returns the name of a PAC file, a Http Status Code of 404 and a win32code of 64.   Have checked server to PAC file - not found, which is expected.

If you have a moment, can someone explain why IIS has logged a "-" character for the cs-uri-query field?
