Microsoft Support of IIS 7.0 and 7.5

Recently I had a CA tech tell me that due to the known memory leaks in IIS 7.0 and 7.5, Microsoft no longer supports these versions. 

Is this true?  Or is this a vendor tech who doesn't knowi what he's talking about?
