HTTP.SYS to bind port 80 back to IIS7

Good day

After installing webmatrix, i noticed that IIS is not working on port 80 (for internet IP addresses). I uninstalled webmatrix, and now IIS listensonly to local IP addresses on port 80.

There is no firewall, server accept pings from internet.

is it a HTTP.SYS problem? what do i need to do?
