Hi,
We have sharepoint site (MOSS 2010) which serves PDF files (size less than 10mb) request. Site provides link to view pdf files. When we click on the link to view PDF in browser sometimes it open & sometimes it's does not open at all.
Website is hosted on :-
1. Windows Server 2008 R2 (Standard Edition ) SP1
2. IIS 7.5
3. SQL Server 2008 R2
We had enabled logging feature on web server. After analyzing the failed request, we have found that http status code is 200 & http sub status code is 0 but sc-win32-status is 995 & bytes send is 0 & sometimes it is 1/3 of the file size.
To investigate further, we enabled Failed Request Trace. We have selected following providers "Aspnet & WWW Server" & selected "Verbosity" as verbose & select all the option under "Area" for both the providers.
While analyzing FRT, we found error reported for 2 events i.e "GENERAL_FLUSH_RESPONSE_END" & "NOTIFY_MODULE_COMPLETION".

Please refer the screen shot. We have even disabled Symantic Anti Virus software but still no luck.
Please let me know would could be the issue & how to resolve the same.
