Parameter File... how to?

Hello,

I'm finding almost no documentation on using WebPICMD other than the 1 post here: http://learn.iis.net/page.aspx/1320/web-platform-installer-v4-command-line-webpicmdexe---rtw-release/

How do we CREATE the Parameter / Answer file? What format, parameters, etc...

Is there any more documentation on automating WebPICMD using answer files?
