Test server won't run Wordpress pages

Whenever I try to run a page from within the Webmatrix tool I get a page error " The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid."  This is all running from inside the Webmatrix tool. However if I open the site in Visual Web Developer it runs just fine BTW these are HTML pages I'm trying to run not php pages.

Does anyone have any thoughts as to why Webmatrix doesn't like the pages?
