Does WebDAV work in IIS 8?

 Installing from WPI completes fine, but the WebDAV configuration feature is no longer present in IIS Manager?  So, does it work?  Is it deprecated in favor of FTP or Web Deploy (Which work great)?  Using the RTM version of Server 2012.
