FTPS Multi Domain Authentication

I am trying to set up an FTPS site in IIS whereby users from 2 Active Directory Domains can log in on IIS7.5 Server 2008 R2.

The Server is sitting in Domain A and I need users that exist in both Domain A and Domain B to login and access the root folder.

So I've created a group called FTPS Access on the local server and added Users from both Domain A and Domain B to it and created a rule to allow this group Read, Write access.

Currently it all works fine for users in Domain A they can login fine and see all the files but when trying to login with a User from Domain B I get a 530 User cannot log in. I've tried everything but can't seem to get users from Domain B to log in. Even just adding an allow rule for a single user from Domain B that user still gets the same error.

There is a trust between Domain A and Domain B which are in seperate Forests which is working as users in Domain B can login to other services we have in Domain A, just not this FTP site.

I'm starting to think this sort of set up is not supported?

Any help would be much appreciated.
