Accessing IIS7.5 as non-admin?

Hi,

    I have been developing websites in Window XP and IIS as Power User. I am able to create Virtual directory etc.. Now my company is upgrading my machine to Windows 7 Professional and i will still have Power Users rights. I have searched the web and basically everyone says that you need Local Admin right to access IIS7.5. I wanted to knowIs there a way for Power Users to use IIS7.5? Can i create websites? If not what is the best alternative for it without giving the user Admin priviledges? Really it would be helpful to me as most of our developers will get Windows 7 machine and i really don't want the development work to be affected. Please help me out?
