Transform Manager warning about wrong version of Expression Encoder

Hi,

I've been following a rather old article on how to install and use the Transform Manager:

Through a BizSpark subscription, I was able to download and install Expression Studio, which includes the pro version of the Encoder.  I have been able to get everything installed and working, however I noticed the following entry in the Activity Log:

Warning Property GPUs specified, but wrong version Expression Encoder installed

Can anyone explain what this means?  I've tried searching, but I can't find any orther articles or posts.
