kerbauth.dll could not be loaded

After installing FPE 2002 (Frontpage Extensions2002) on Server 2008R2 64Bit the associated Sharepoint-AppPool (32Bit!)  ends with "The Module DLL D:\Exchange\V14\Bin\kerbauth.dll failed to load".

In my case the problem is, that the kerbauth.dll, provided by Exchange 2010,  seems to be a 64bit-DLL which is requestet by a 32Bit worker-Process (for FPE 2002). Is there any solution for my problem?
