hallo
i have a flash site sitting on a DMZ perimiter , used by clients who wants to use the site from outside (internet) or from other domains
which are separated by FW so they use the internet as well to get to this site.
we have a single user + password which are used by the specific employees who need to use the site.
we have windows authentication installed and configured (IIS 7)
the problem is when a user want to login to the site he gets a windows auth popup with the default domain name or computer that he is on
at the moment and in order to get to the site he has to change it to DMZcomputername\user and password otherwise it doesnt work
needless to say most user dont know how to do that
what can i do to change it or make it work like they need to enter user name + password and thats it ?
