Why does asp.net application not update from an xml data stream ?

Hi;

I have a SSL web site which consists of a several web handlers which are called remotely.

There are a couple of web handlers which, when receiving an XML datastream, update a database vis port 443.

This does not happen.

Each call to the web handler code with the datafeed creates an HTTP status of 200 and there are no asp.net exceptions listed.

I am able to run this application on my local machine which is set up as a web site running under IIS 5.1, it is a XP machine,

with no problems.

The difference being my local app uses an xml file instead of a live stream and I am using port 85 for my updates.

What IIS setting am I missing here ?
