I'm stuck! 301 Redirect from HTTPS to HTTP

I'm stuck! can anybody help?

Basically google has indexed our site index with the HTTPS:// not the HTTP:// 

I need to redirect the traffic to the HTTP://

I tried adding the following line into the IIRF.INI file

RedirectRule ^/pages/index.asp http://www.ukmotorhomehirerental.com/pages/index.asp [I,R=301]

And I then get this error when I try to logon to the site…

Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects.

Is the syntax wrong or can you not redirect from...

https://www.ukmotorhomehirerental.com/pages/index.asp

to

http://www.ukmotorhomehirerental.com/pages/index.asp

Please help
