Installing Joomla by Web Platform Installer 4.0 error 500.19

I have installing Joomla 2.5 by Web Platform Installer 4.0 on Windows Server 2008 R2 IIS7.5, and choose MySQL. Installation was successful, but when i open page i have an error:

HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error
The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

Same problem in another host.
If i delete file web.config site start normally.
I have find http://support.microsoft.com/kb/942055
Design - delete the malformed XML element from the ApplicationHost.config file or from the Web.config file.
What is the problem?
