Auto .dll handler mappings

Hi,

i have custom dll that i loaded over handler mappings and it's working OK.  Since i do a lot of developing, if i put additional dlls in the folder IIS asks me to download em instead execute them. Is there a way to auto add handler mapping lest say xxx.dll with executable xxx.dll or yyy.dll with it's executable .dll? Apparentely this worked is on IIS 6, but having trouble how to do that on IIS 7.5.
