We have a site running on Classic ASP on Windows 2008 IIS 7.
We are getting intermittent errors on the site. Error is given below.

Line 33 is connection.open
We just started to see this error couple of weeks ago. This error does not come always. it seems to be random occuring at random times. We have been unable find any source or reason for this error.
After the error, Just hitting refresh on the page seems to correct the issue.
Please suggest what to do here.
