FTP connections via Chrome not logged as sessions in IIS 7.5 FTP Current Sessions

When I log in to the FTP site using FileZilla, IE9, Windows 7 Explorer or command prompt all active (in the literal sense) sessions are visible in the FTP Current Sessions window in IIS Manager.  If I log in using Chrome, no active (in the literal sense) sessions are visible.  I can confirm the Chrome FTP sessions via netstat and that Chrome also uses passive FTP.

As an aside, I initially was unable to view any active (in the literal sense) passive sessions in the FTP Current Sessions window.  Using the Site Bindings GUI I manually bound every single port, one-by-one, included in my passive data channel port range and was then able to view the passive sessions (all except for Chrome's).  Is this the correct way to achieve this?

Thanks for any insight.
