Web Deploy V3 Documentation

Hi

Where can I find documentation about V3 and the advanced parameterization like removing elements or adding them at a specific place (after some other elements)? I am using V3 successfully for adding new elements, but now I'd like to remove elements and I'd like to add new elements at a specific position, because the sequence matters in some places.
