Web Deployment task fails since upgrade to Web Deploy 3.0

Hi,

I have just updated to Web Deploy 3.0, I followed this tutorial: http://www.iis.net/learn/install/installing-publishing-technologies/installing-and-configuring-web-deploy

I made sure I stoped and restarted the services on the server I am deploying too as described in the above, but when I deploy I get:

Error    3    Web deployment task failed.(Connected to 'opchris21web' using the Web Deployment Agent Service, but could not authorize. Make sure you are an admin on 'opchris21web'.)
Make sure the site name, user name, and password are correct. If the issue is not resolved, please contact your local or server administrator.
Error details:

The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.        0    0    ESkillzTesting_5

Please can someone help?
