Run a .Net 4.0 site inside a Wordpress site

First post...go easy on me! 

I have a client whom I'm about to take over the hosting for. They run multiple wordpress sites on a linux VPS and I run windows 2008 VPS.

I know IIS7 can run wordpress sites but lets say his domina is as follows

http://www.myclient.co.uk

This is a wordpress site but i have developed a ecommerce site in .Net 4.0 and for SEO puropses we need the ecommerce site url to be

http://www.myclient.co.uk/store/

So this would meaning creating a application (.net) of a folder of the main site which is PHP.

Can IIS do this? or is there a better way to do it? i know i can use a subdomain http://store.myclient.co.uk but this is not an option.
