Binding with microsoft.web.administration

Hallo,
I need to use the namespace Microsoft.web.administration to get information from my iis.

The problem ist like this,

I have files,and they are on my server ,und i need to get to them dynamically from my application,this why i need this namespace,
And to find them i need to find the full path of them,
my problem is that there are a lot of examples in internet,but none of them is explaining how can i find a specific file in a directory,

and can someone show me please how can i do this?? and how can binding help me with the hall thing?? because i think i need binding for this ,but i found not even one example that is show how can i do binding!
it would be very nice if someone helps :)
