Possible values for Site.State (Microsoft.Web.Administration)

I am creating a tool using Microsoft.Web.Administration.

Is there a case that Site.State property will be set to ObjectState.Starting or ObjectState.Stopping?

Or may I know what are the only ObjectState values that will be returned when using Site.State property?

Operating Systems: Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2
IIS Version: 7.5
