IIS setting

I am having two server. one of the server is server 2003 and other is server 2008. I am having  smart application in both server and we are using IIS.

In server 2003 the IIS version is 6.0 and server 2008 version is 7.0. whenever i install the application in client system through URL (windows 7 64

bit ) the application aborted in 79- 80 % and disconnect the link.

but  the same scenario in server 2003 i install the application windows 7 it is done sucessfully.

please what are things to be done in IIS setting
