Help with Windows detected your registry file is still in use by other applications or services - IIS 7 w3wp.exe

I'm using a new computer with Windows 7 for running endurance tests for a WCF application.
I see that the w3wp.exe is unloaded 2-3 times a day:

Windows detected your registry file is still in use by other applications or services. The file will be unloaded now. The applications or services that hold your registry file may not function properly afterwards.

I'm running the tests as Administrator.
This continuous restart of IIS is preventing my endurance tests run.

I'm the only Admin user on that computer, no other applications are running on the machine.

I've found some similar questions and I've tried their solutions without success.
