My goal is to have a live streaming with with adaptive bitrate or at least, multiple publishing points for each bitrate (probably 3).
It has to be compatible with desktop computer and mobile devices (such as iOS and Android).
My question is: Can i accomplish that with IIS Media Services and Flash Encoder?
The reason I'm bringing the encoder up is because if I'm not mistaken to get a live feed that is iOS compatible from Expression Encoder I will need a paid version, right? And since different people will be broadcasting at different times we will endup having to buy a few dozes licenses which we can't afford so, I'm looking for the right (or I could say, best) solution for us.
Also, the same encoder will be used to upload on-demand content, wich will be availabe from a different publishing point, off course.
