Web Deploy Automatic Backups

Hello,

I am having some difficulty trying to get the Automatic Backups working when I use Web Deploy to deploy my application from Visual Studio 2012 to IIS7.

I have used the information at http://www.iis.net/learn/publish/using-web-deploy/web-deploy-automatic-backups to set up the automatic backups on my site.

However, when I publish from Visual Studio, the zip file that was created as the backup only contains two files, archive.xml and system.xml. But no other files have been included within this backup.

Is there anything I need to do to make sure that the rest of the content is included within the backup?
